The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Consumer Information Source (CIS) allows consumers to view a variety of information about insurance companies and to file a consumer complaint with state insurance departments.

Information available about individual insurance companies includes:

• An assortment of closed consumer complaint reports
• Financial profile report for Life and Accident and Health, and Property and Casualty companies that report data to the NAIC
• A listing of states in which the company writes business
• Certain pages of the annual and quarterly statements are available in pdf format as soon as possible after the filing due date.
