HMOs doing business in Wisconsin are required to file financial statements with the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance on a quarterly basis. The data is cumulative, that is, the third quarter 2000 premium and expense information would include information for the first nine months of 2000. The information is not audited and is arranged by region for presentation purposes only. Please check the profile reports to determine the service area of a particular HMO.
