In order for the insurance agents appointed with the merged company to be appointed with the surviving company on the date of merger, insurers will need to contact Sircon at sircon@sircon.com or (517)381-3870 to accomplish the transfer. If such arrangements to transfer the merged company's agents to the surviving company are not made with Sircon, then these individuals will not be able to sell for the surviving insurer until they are appointed with the surviving company on an individual basis as a regular appointment.

OCI must be informed, as soon as possible, if Sircon will be used to transfer the merged company's agents to the surviving company.

If such arrangements for the transfer of agents is made with Sircon, our office will be notified by Sircon when this transaction has been completed and the merger information will be entered into our company system at that time.
