Health Insurance Coverage for Adult Children
OCI has promulgated emergency rule s. Ins 3.34, Wis. Adm. Code, implementing coverage provisions for s. 632.885, Wis. Stat., Coverage of Dependents. A list of frequently asked questions that address eligibility and other concerns that have been raised has also been posted. The text of emergency rule s. ARRA Health Insurance
Premium Subsidy Extension
Congress recently extended the eligibility date for the ARRA Health Insurance Premium Subsidy through February 28, 2010. Additionally, Congress increased the number of months that an assistance-eligible individual may receive the 65% subsidy from 9 months to 15 months. OCI has issued emergency rule s. Ins 3.75, Wis.
